ceremony on our patio over looking our golf course. Sit back, relax

enjoy your family and friends on your big day, while we make it easy
for you.
The details – your wedding day
Banquet facility rental - $700.00/day
If a full service sit down
dinner/buffet and bar service are booked, this expense is covered by
the meal
and bar costs.
Napkin rentals - $.40/each
PA system, podium, and screen complimentary
Room set with round tables and white table clothes,
green chairs. All set up
and tear down completed by our team.
To flip the banquet area from Theatre Setup for your
ceremony to Dinner Setup, a minimum of one hour is required. A $400.00
charge will apply.
The outside patio will be open to the public for dinner
during your banquet. Should you wish to have the patio closed during
your event, a $400.00 charge will apply.
Outdoor ceremony - $400.00.
Patio set with white and
green chairs for 140
guests. If weather is poor this includes the banquet facility for
indoor
ceremony.
All decorating done by wedding couple representatives.
$1000.00 non refundable deposit is due upon
booking. If the booking is for Friday or Saturday, a $4000.00 minimum
purchase is
required.
All food and beverage is the property of The Timbers. No
food or beverage may be removed from the property.
Security will be available upon request. However, if
required during an event it will be put in place at a charge of
$25.00/hour.
All recorded music must be played by a licensed DJ.
Recorded music is subject to a SOCAN charge of $57.55. Live music is
subject to a SOCAN charge of $102.00.
A gratuity of 15% will be applied to all food and
beverages.
All prices subject to GST and PST.
FULL PAYMENT is required within 24 hours of your
event. A 5% interest will be
applied if
payment is not made within 24 hours.
The banquet facility will be available to you
8:00 a.m. the day of your wedding.
