Thank you so much, for creating a throughly enjoyable function for us at the Minnewasta Golf & Country Club.  The ambiance of Minnewasta lends itself as a beautiful backdrop to a special day such as our sons and daughter-in-laws Wedding and Reception.  It went flawlessly and we were all very pleased with the outcome.  The transition of the banquet room from wedding ceremony format to reception format went smoothly and was accomplished in a remarkably short time. I wish to commend your front staff who did a fabulous job taking care of us during the dinner and tending the bar, later.  They were quick to respond to any concerns or changes on the fly and went out of their way to ensure a smooth running event. The dinner was delicious and we received a lot of comments to that effect from our guests.  Our special requests for children and vegetarians were also appreciated.  It was obvious to us, that all staff at the clubhouse were totally dedicated to our enjoyment of the evening and that made our day a resounding success.  Once again, thank you and your team for ensuring our day was special.

On behalf of the Maple Leaf Construction Employee's Association I would like to thank you and your staff for a great day. You were able to have the wedding prior to our dinner and had everything set up and in place exactly as you planned. I very much appreciated our prizes being brought over to the clubhouse which sped up our own set up. The meal came out on time and was served quickly and efficiently. Everyone enjoyed the food, service and surroundings. I was very pleased and impressed with every aspect of our tournament and thank you for making our day an event we will all have happy memories of.

Thanks for the follow up. We enjoyed our experience with Timbers. The food was spectacular, the venue is beautiful, and particularly liked the staff that helped us set up and clean up. One thing, we would have liked to test out the sound system outside on rehearsal day to avoid problems on the wedding day.
I never did ask, but do you have a work cell #. That may make it easier for future clients to access you quickly and directly.
Thank you for all your help and taking the photographer around the course for pictures. And for keeping my florist in check on the wedding day.
We would recommend Timbers to anyone looking for a wedding venue.
